Hi, I’m Fraser, an Analyst during the week and now owner of this blog Travel Eye Single Guy, also known as TESG.
After reading and following blogs and bloggers such as The Blonde Abroad, Nomadic Matt, Travels by Adam, Migrationology and many others, I had a vision ….. create my own Travel Blog whilst I’m still young enough, single enough and free-ish enough to travel.

So why now, and especially given that I have a day job? Because I want to show you, (yes, I do mean you) how to travel whilst balancing work-life commitments. Okay, and maybe to explore new cultures, destinations and, of course, food with the disposable income and holiday time I have.
Given that I’m in full time employment whilst I blog my way throughout the world, or reminisce about previous trips, I’m 100% committed to:
Getting you inspired to experience new adventures on your own
Sharing real-time travel advice and tips whilst on holiday
Showcasing the best bars, restaurants and attractions that you can enjoy on your own or with other people
Just simply having as much fun and enjoyment as you possibly can
Now, I know that people will have different expectations of what this blog may or may not look like, but make no mistake the trips, holidays, food, drink, whatever in this blog are not in any way sponsored.
